We are looking for a Finish Carpenter with extensive custom cabinet installation experience who can run a install project independently from start to finish. The ideal candidate must be a great finish carpenter who can read design plan / drawings and execute without supervision. This is an integral part of our business and in this role you will ensure that our install operations run smoothly day in and day out. An excellent installer is, above all, a very well organized and detail oriented professional. The main goal of this role is to install kitchen and bathroom with accuracy and speed so our clients can enjoy their updated living spaces.


  • Install custom cabinetry in a high quality, safe and productive manner either independently or with other team members depending on the size of the project
  • Install custom cabinets, trim, moldings, hardware and fixtures onsite in our clients’ home
  • Fabricate or modify cabinets onsite in our clients' home when required
  • Assist with demolition and removal of old product in our clients’ home
  • Utilize company provided drawings to properly and efficiently install cabinet systems
  • Performed quality assurance of all project materials before and after installation and report any issues
  • Interact in a professional manner with our clients to resolve onsite install issues
  • Interact in a professional manner with our internal design team to resolve design and material issues
  • Maintain jobsite and shop cleanliness
  • Utilize and maintain shop tools and other jobsite equipment in safe working order
  • Responsible to submit jobsite compliance documents as instructed


  • Must have +6 years of professional custom cabinet installation experience
  • Must have experience fabricating custom cabinets
  • Must have experience grouting and installing tile (floors, walls, backsplashes).
  • Must have experience with drywall and taping
  • Must have experience installing plumbing & electrical fixtures and accessories
  • Must be able to read design plans / drawings and execute without supervision
  • Ability to deliver customer service and represent the company in a positive manner
  • Experience working with technology (i.e. smartphone, smart tablet, computer) is required
  • Personal reliable transportation and valid NY state drivers license
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Able to meet the physical demands of the position Including: Able to lift 75+ pounds (up and down stairs at times), Able to work in various working environments while being subjected to noise, sawdust, chemical smells and other external factors, Able to operate machines, hand tools, and job specific equipment, Requires visual acuity for depth perception and color perception
